THE PROCESS

How The Autism Site Works

We simplify the process of getting access to the supports you need, here's how.

1

Search for a worker

This can be a Support Worker, a PBS Assistant, or even a Therapy Assistant on our network.

2

Send them a message

Directly message potential workers you are interested in to organise a free 'meet and greet' session.

3

Service Agreement

If the meet and greet goes well and you would like to proceed, request a Service Agreement, then sign and return it

4

Organise Shifts

Organise shifts directly with your worker through The Autism Site

5

Approve Shifts

Easily approve a worker's hours through your dashboard

6

Receive an Invoice

An invoice is generated at the end of each week and sent to either you (if you're self-managed), your plan manager (for plan-managed plans), or directly to the NDIA (for agency-managed plans)
